Our founder, Bhavar Lal, envisioned a space where students could thrive academically and personally. With a passion for education and a commitment to creating a serene and supportive environment, Bhavar Lal established P R Library. Having once been a student himself, Bhavar Lal understands firsthand what students need while studying. His dedication to providing every essential service and meeting all student requirements continues to inspire our community every day.
